Next Level Entertainment serves events throughout the Hudson Valley, Westchester, New York City, Long Island, the Capital Region, and surrounding areas. Standard regional travel is included with most packages. Destination events or events requiring airfare, overnight accommodations, or specialized transportation may involve additional expenses, which will always be outlined in advance.

We provide entertainment and production services for company parties, holiday celebrations, awards dinners, conferences, networking events, employee appreciation events, product launches, grand openings, fundraisers, trade shows, and other professional gatherings.
Yes. We can create an appropriate musical atmosphere for every part of the event, from subtle background music during arrivals, networking, and dinner to a more energetic experience when it is time to celebrate.
Absolutely. Music selections can be tailored to your company culture, guest demographics, event format, and desired atmosphere. You may provide preferred genres, must-play selections, restricted content, and a do-not-play list during the planning process.
Yes. We can provide audio support for presentations, videos, walk-on music, award segments, and other planned content. Any computers, presentation platforms, video formats, or outside production equipment should be discussed in advance to ensure compatibility.
Yes. We can coordinate music cues, speaker introductions, walk-up music, award announcements, microphones, and other audio elements required for a formal program. A detailed timeline or run of show should be provided in advance.
Yes. Certificates of insurance and standard vendor documentation can be provided when required. Please notify us of any specific insurance limits, additional insured language, purchase-order procedures, or vendor-registration requirements as early as possible.
Pricing is based on the event date, duration, location, attendance, venue layout, equipment requirements, staffing, and selected enhancements. After reviewing the event details, we will recommend the services and production level that best support your goals.
Available enhancements may include uplighting, intelligent dance-floor lighting, custom monogram projection, video screens, animated visuals, photo booth experiences, special effects, additional sound coverage, and expanded event production. Availability depends on the venue, event format, space, power, and safety requirements.
The date is officially reserved once the agreement has been completed and the required retainer, deposit, or approved company payment arrangement has been received. An inquiry or preliminary proposal does not place the date on hold.
