Cold sparks, dancing on the clouds, confetti, bubbles, snowfall, CO₂ effects, trussing, and other specialty equipment may be subject to venue policies, ceiling height, fire regulations, or cleanup restrictions. We can provide equipment information to help with the approval process.

Certain lighting, visual, photo booth, and production services may be available independently. Availability depends on the event location, date, staffing, setup requirements, and the specific services requested.

Cold-spark machines use a controlled effect designed to produce a lower-temperature spark than traditional pyrotechnics. However, they are still professional special-effects equipment and must be operated with proper safety clearances, trained personnel, and venue approval.

The effect is designed to remain low to the floor, but venue fire and alarm systems vary. Approval must be obtained from the venue before the service is confirmed, and the venue may impose additional requirements or restrictions.

Uplighting is placed around the perimeter of the room to add color and atmosphere to walls, columns, and architectural features. Yes. Larger lighting installations, trussing, video displays, photo booths, and special effects require additional time for unloading, assembly, testing, and safety checks. Access to the venue must be available early enough to complete the installation before guests arrive.

If a venue does not approve a particular effect, we can recommend an alternative that creates a similar atmosphere while complying with the venue’s policies. Final availability remains subject to equipment, staffing, and the timing of the requested change.

Your enhancement is officially reserved once the agreement has been completed and the required retainer has been received. Because enhancements are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, submitting an inquiry does not place the enhancement on hold.
